  • ALL "HAIR CARE" PRODUCTS TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING. WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.


    Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location

    -BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

    -ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE.

    -WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY

    -FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMS FEES AND THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

  • Natuwow cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided during the order placement. In the event of such an occurrence, customers can reach out to Natuwow  for assistance. Natuwow will verify the delivery status, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details, to aid customers in their investigation.

 

  • We appreciate your purchase from us. Please note that we have a strict policy of not accepting returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or modifications. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can assist you in updating the mailing address or correcting any inaccuracies in your email address.
